At Magasin De Pièces Détachées Pour Vélos, we specialize in premium e-bike parts and accessories for passionate cyclists and demanding professionals worldwide. We offer reliable shipping options to get your high-quality components delivered efficiently.
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium e-bike components. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
General Conditions:
- You have 15 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange
- Items must be returned in original condition: unused, with all original packaging and accessories
- Original invoice must accompany returned products
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective product
Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- E-bike batteries (due to lithium battery transport regulations)
- Opened maintenance products and tools
- Customized or special order items
- Bosch battery systems and complex technical components (these will be handled through our technical service)
Return/Exchange Process:
Step 1: Submit a Request
Email your return/exchange request to [email protected] using this format:

I would like to return/exchange (delete as appropriate) the following items from my order #[order number]:

Step 2: Approval & Instructions
Within 48 hours, our team will send:
- Return approval confirmation
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to include with your package
- Detailed return instructions
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Please pack items carefully and include:
- The RMA number clearly visible on the exterior packaging
- A copy of the original invoice
- A completed return form (if provided)
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Step 4: Processing by Our Team
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll email you:
- For approved returns: confirmation of refund or exchange shipment
- For unapproved returns: explanation and possible options
Refunds:
- Processed within 5-10 business days after return approval
- Issued to original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For credit card payments, the credit may take 1-2 additional billing cycles to appear on your statement
Exchanges:
- We ship replacement items after receiving and inspecting your return
- We cover shipping costs for exchanges due to our error
- For customer-initiated exchanges, new item shipping costs will be charged
Defective Items:
If you receive a defective product (Bosch batteries, security systems, etc.):
- Contact us immediately with photos/videos showing the defect
- We’ll arrange free return and fast replacement
- For complex technical parts (Bosch Smart System, Performance Line), we may direct you to our technical service
